We only collect the information we need to respond to you and carry out electrical work. This may include:

  • Your name, email address, phone number and postcode when you fill in our contact form, call, email or message us.
  • Details about your property and the work you need, including anything you write in your message.
  • The address where work is carried out, and the details needed to issue quotes, invoices and electrical certificates.
  • Technical information about your visit to our website, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you view (see “Cookies and analytics” below).

  • To reply to your enquiry and provide a quote.
  • To arrange, carry out and certify electrical work, including issuing certificates and notifying Building Control through our competent person scheme (NAPIT) where the law requires it.

  • Anyone we are legally required to share it with.

Third-party services on our website

Our website uses the following services, which may collect information about your visit under their own privacy policies:

  • Google reCAPTCHA, to protect our contact form from spam.
  • Google Maps, to show our location.
  • Google Analytics (through Google Site Kit), to understand how visitors use our website.
  • Google reviews and Instagram feed widgets, which display content from Google and Instagram.
